I am a design practics lover who cares a lot about new design trends and design technologies, which are empowering design cooperations and enhancing design expressions. I embrace the phrase “knowing unknown” before hands-on design started, believe that highly effective product definitions require insight into the intersection of design, business, technology, and users.
a team leader.
Leading a team means taking full responsibility to make sure we are contributing to the organization; meanwhile, we fight for a healthy environment that enables team members to grow in the path. Two things I care about most: finding a way to align individuals’ goals with the higher hierarchy, envisioning, and training the team with the up to date design skills and methods.
